NOTE

New students must reach the minimum age by the end of the starting month of a session to join the class

in their age group

(see below for specific dates).

IN THE FOLLOWING SESSION:

Winter/spring 2025 session (Tuesday 4 February to Thursday 29 May) - must reach minimum age by 28 February. Registration deadline Friday 10 January 2025.

Fall 2025 session (Tuesday 9 September to Thursday 11 December) - must reach minimum age by 30 September. Registration deadline Friday 15 August 2025.

POSTING OF PHOTOGRAPHS/VIDEOS ON THE SHUSWAP DOJO WEBSITE, THE CEDAR HEIGHTS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION WEBSITE AND OTHER ONLINE OR PRINT MEDIA. I authorize the Shuswap Dojo to post individual or group photographs/videos (taken during classes) of the student named on this registration form.

NEW STUDENT INFORMATION MEETING

We hold an important information meeting for all new students the week before the start of a session. The purpose of the meeting is to meet the new students/parents, present how the Dojo operates, sign the release of liability form, size and give students their uniforms (dogi), take pictures of students, give students their Record of Promotions booklets

and answer any questions.

PAYMENT

No payment is required when submitting the New Student Registration Form. An invoice will be sent once space availability is confirmed.
